Festival Vendors

Food Vendors and Arts and Craft Vendors are invited to download and submit an application with fee to us. Applications will be reviewed and accepted on a first come basis.

Food Vendors

Food Vendors: This festival will be held in downtown Cisco, TX, on June 19-20, 2020.  Food vendors do not have to  operate on Friday, June 14th, but must operate on Saturday, June 15th. See the schedule below for set-up times.

The Food Court is located in the 700 blk of E. 7th.
Friday, June 19th, events are a Pot Pie Dinner from 6:00-8:00 p.m. 
Food vendors who want to set up for the Friday events need to set up from 1:00 - 4:30 p.m., when the street is closed. 

Saturday, June 20th, all events will run from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Food vendors who want to set up on this day need to set up between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.  

Food vendors will be located in the 100 block of E. 7th Street. The number of food vendors will be limited to 10. Booth space will be 20’X10’. Electricity will be provided, but vendors need to supply long enough extension cords to reach the plugs. Vendors may use generators, if they choose. It is recommended that vendors provide lighting for their booth area. A water hose attached to a faucet with potable water will be provided for vendors to fill their buckets. Vendors will set up on both sides of the street with a common dining area in the middle of the street, supplied with canopy shade, picnic tables and trash cans.
 
Cisco Strong Inc., the organizer of the Cisco TX Pie Fest, holds the exclusive right to sell soft drinks and lemonades. Food vendors may sell coffee, tea and water. Vendors must provide their own ice.
 
All food vendors must meet the Sanitation Requirements for Temporary Food Events attached to application.

Vendor Fee: $50.00; Non-profit Vendor Fee: $25.00


 



Arts & Crafts
Vendors

Arts & Crafts Vendors: This festival will be held in downtown Cisco, TX, on June 19-20, 2020. Arts & Crafts Vendors do not have to  operate on Friday, June 19th, but must operate on Saturday, June 20th. See the schedule below for set-up times.

Arts and Crafts Vendors will be located on Joe Wheatley Circle around the Conrad Hilton Center in downtown Cisco.
Friday, June 19th, events are a Pot Pie Dinner from 6:00-8:00 p.m.  Arts & Crafts vendors who want to operate for Friday events, must set up between 1:00 - 4:30 p.m., when the street is blocked off.

Saturday, June 20th, all events will run from
9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Arts & Crafts
vendors who want to set up on this day need to set up between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.

Arts and Crafts Vendors will be located on Joe Wheatley Circle around the Conrad Hilton Center in downtown Cisco. Booth space is 20’X10’, however, vendors may purchase an adjoining space if available. Security for the booth area will be the vendor’s responsibility.  Vendors will need to provide their own canopy/tent, tables and chairs and electric power for evening lighting.     

Vendor Fee:  $40.00; Non-Profit Vendor Fee: $25.00
