All vendors will need to complete applications and pay fees for the Cisco TX Pie Fest Vendors and for the City of Cisco Peddlers Permit.

Box 971 Cisco, TX 76437 OR If you wish to pay the fee online, you may do so by using payment option below. Be sure to print and retain a receipt of the payment. 2025 Vendor Fees are: For Profit Food Vendor Fee $70.00 without electricity-All spots are filled. $80.00 with electricity (110/one plug)- All spots are filled. Non-profit Food Vendor Fee $25.00 without electricity- All spots are filled. $30.00 with electricity (110/one plug)- All spots are filled. For Profit Arts/Crafts Vendor Fee: $50.00 without electricity -All spots are filled. $60.00 with electricity (110/one plug) - All spots are filled. Non-profit Arts/Crafts Vendor Fee: $25.00 without electricity -All spots are filled. $30.00 with electricity (110/one plug) - All spots with electricity are filled. If paid online, there will be a credit card convenience fee of $2.50 per transaction. Pay fees online below and print and retain the receipt. |
The Cisco TX Pie Fest will be held in downtown Cisco, TX around the Conrad Hilton Center on October 18th, between the hours of 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. You are welcome to set up your booth either Friday, October 17th between the hours of
1:00 pm -4:00 pm or Saturday, October 18th between 7:00 am - 9:00 am. More information can be found in the Vendor Application Packet located on this page. Note: To kick off the Pie Fest, on Friday, October 17, 2025, Cisco Strong Inc will be hosting their annual Chicken Pot Pie Dinner inside the Conrad Hilton Center between the hours of 5:00-7:00 pm. During that time, there will be live entertainment at the pavilion. You are welcome to open your booth during this time, but it is not required.
