612 Conrad Hilton in Cisco Hi, I'm Tricia Petree and I started Oats Boutique in my home in 2017. OATS comes from O (Olivia, my 2nd daughter), A (my firstborn daughter), and T (Tricia, myself). I started this boutique so I could bring in a second income since I was staying at home with my 2 daughters. Six years later this business has been a blessing, as I have met my goal of raising my 4 kids and being able to stay home with them until they started school. When Waverly's sold their business and the new owners only wanted the coffee shop side, I was offered the other side for my store. I jumped at the opportunity, and I moved into the store in April of this year. I am so thankful for the space here in downtown Cisco. I am so excited to bring something to Cisco and hope to be here for a long time.
